Even though running and walking are great, and most of us enjoy it once we're out there, it's so difficult to get out of our warm cosy house!So, someone should build an app which sets the location and the time you have to check in at that location, like a daily appointment (location and time can be changed for each day). You run there. You check in.If you don't, you will have put in a funny message or picture that gets posted to your facebook or twitter or emailed to your mum.Ta da, incentive!If you're learning to run faster, you can set the time that you arrive at the location to be a little sooner - so you'll get in some intervals!
