Startup Idea : Website for Office Employees Parties

I would like to see a website that offers food and cakes for offices . Where the leader/organizer of the group can place the order and each individual can log-on and pay for their portion of the meal/gift separately. I think it would make it easier to collect money from a group of people and eliminate the need to always have cash on hand for these types of events.
