Startup Idea : Study Wagers

Just as people tend to enter a fitness club contract with lofty goals and self-motivation, for most of us that motivation does not last. The same with our self-improvement plans. We start strong, but too many people do not continue to meet goals. In my vision (which you might change), we would provide a mobile and PC-based gambling site - where people bet that they will achieve various goals, mainly those set up in external sites - for study and self-improvement.
