Mollases is a byproduct of sugar processing used in confectionery and animal feeds because of its energy and flavor. However it is sticky and difficult to add in its liquid form. In most countries in Africa( e.g East Africa) the spray drying technology is not yet adopted because of expense. Yet demand for easy to handle mollases exist and predictably growing. Could someone be interested in making powder mollases in this part of continent? The market is a gurantee. Capital finance and expert technical advice is required
