I have seen many old patients having to struggle in hospitals for a normal checkup. Their mediclaims and insurance queues are really long. They are made to go from one counter to another.A hospital specially designed for them with round the clock experts at their disposal. Comfortable Sitting Lounges for them. Relationship Managers for their visits. Service Excellence should be the key. Caregivers will also get some relief when they visit this hospital. I am really keen and have loads of ideas for this concept.
