Startup Idea : Solving Spam Junk Mail Problem

I have spam because the wrong people have my email. create a platform that allows everyone I know and trust to get my new email address, and companies that are registered to the platform to have my details updated automatically or recieve an automated email informing them of my new address. great idea but i have no skill or money to build it. you could call the platform or site Spam Free.com or lessjunk.com, i hope someone makes lot's of money with this.
