Startup Idea : small scale party planner

We all have friends, right? And most of them request us to treat them if we happen to crack an interview or pass an exam with an awesome grade or a birthday treat, right? Why not have a website that would help you find the right place to treat them while keeping in mind the budget you have. Something like you would be able to select the type of meal (veg/non-veg), alcoholic/ non-alcoholic, etc and also the max distance the restaurant is at from your house so you dont have to travel a 100 km just for a treat. And the website could alert all of the relevant restaurants with an SMS about the details of user request. They would then call the user to agree with a deal. What say?
