The goal is to allow users create a community of road cycling Teams. Rue allows amateur road cyclists to create personal and team ranking statistics, create and share cycle routes and improve training programs. Users can use the application to create team Race Events and compete against other user created teams to improve their team and personal ranking among users in the area. Hobbyist amateur cyclists benefit from the community aspect of the Rue app as helps improve personal fitness and by matching with users of similar ability and creating a competitive aspect to one of fastest growing recreational sports.
