How do we know which hotel / restaurant / hospital / cinema hall / movie / actor / director / politician / place for vacation or anything on earth is good, average or bad ? Also, i do not want people to put multiple rating. They can put one and can change it after 2 weeks.This resolves people going to different sites / apps to search / put the ratings and you get correct ratings with no lengthy comments as one / person is allowed only to rate.
