We have a customer service both online and over the phone. The problem is people keep asking the same questions again and again even if it is all written on the site. Would be great if there was a system where people ask questions instead of search queries. After sending the question the system would automatically show similar questions with the answer and only if the user doesn't find the answer it let him send it to email support.
