The problem with Graduates from colleges are that they are unaware of what to do next how to be employable in Job market. Similarly the Employees have a lot of difficulties in finding the right talent. So based on the Education History of the Particular individual, by Survey Analytics, Models will be generated to suit the candidate's area of interest and so that input (individuals strength) will result in maximum output (Employability)
