Startup Idea : Platform that offers all types of services

The idea is to create a platform that centralizes all type of services that people normally hire. These services would be provided by freelancers from every part of the world at a specific rate. For this connection we would receive a fee or commission over the transaction value.I would be interested in sharing this idea with computer science engineers and programmers with good knowledge of PHP, Python and other relevant programing language (SQL, JAVA, C++ and C#).
