Startup Idea : Personal bartering made right

Connecting people wanting to exchange *things* (not services). For example, CDs, vinyls, coins, post stamps, etc. But done right. Item description contains up to 5 tags and at least one of them must be set as mandatory. Everyone can fill his profile with as many requested items as he wants. For small fee he can also add items he has and wants to exchange. SaaS is just matching those items and enables owners to talk after match about potential exchange. Possibly requiring some location filter.
