People make an account and can post whatever they like, it could be publicity for their new website or start up business, a joke, a story, how they are feeling, a picture... the only catch is that it must be drawn/written on a piece of paper - they can then take a picture of their paper using an in built webcam function on the website or upload a photo, they then add a caption and tags to it and it goes onto a news feed/trending/tags page etc.
