They can perform simple Interpretation for you even though they are not professional interpreters. This service use VoIP services to connect you with a interpreter and the person you want to talk to through phones so that the interpreter can help you two communicate. You pay a per minute charge so it is affordable and can avoid miscommunication. The interpreter earns a portion of the charge and can do it at anytime with a mobile phone.
