Startup Idea : Neighbourhood application

Hello, This is a social media type application. People have to create an account here and the application will access their location. Now according to user's current location he/she will be suggested some peoples connected to the our network based on location. Just assume that if i am in DELHI noida so according to my location the peoples nearby me will be shown as suggestion. By this application we can exactly connect to the peoples nearby us.
