Well I don´t have any name for it. And I know many people might say: drink coffee or take some pills. But I would really appreciate something that would kick me to work whenever I stop doing what is important. To explain on one exemple: I am writing an article, like for exemple now. But then I hear a song so I start browsing youtube, then I find an interesting video which leads me to another one and as it is interesting I start searching for more info on google...well to sum it up, I don´t write the article anymore. Wouldn´t it be awesome to have something to keep me focused? I don´t know whether some subject with some sound every 5minutes, or some special calendar to plan the whole day, or to install something on my browser to keep me from beeing distracted.
