Startup Idea : Mobile App that Stops the Rain

I want a mobile called Stop the Rain for when it's raining outside, and you've lost your umbrella or simply don't have one with you. All you have to do is press Stop the Rain and voila it stops raining on you. Then you can go about walking on the street without the rain.
