Startup Idea : loyalty points card for kids

I am a parent of three children and believe me its hard to get them to do there chores and homework. So I thought about the idea of creating a loyalty program. Parents register the details on a website. They get free loyalty cards to give to the kids, every time they do their chores or homework or any task put by the parents they earn points, which they can use to buy items from the website. Would be a good advertising platform for schools shops etc. Please let me know if anyone is interested in developing this, You also make an app as children are always keen on their phones and the net.
