Startup Idea : Local magazine/book/news paper publishing platform

This web app and mobile apps would be a one stop shop for publishers to release their media content to various mobile platforms I am in the process of building magazine/book/news paper publishing platform as a web application and planning to have these released to mobile platforms : ios, android, windows. Two users of system Publisher and subscriber. Admin will get a percentage of the sale say 10%. I have built the application around 75% using java/j2ee on google cloud platform but need funding, a team of developers and marketing team to take it to next level.
