Startup Idea : Left over food distribution to people in needs

There is many leftover food for each restaurant. Some has leftover food management but most restaurant not have it. Leftover food not only from restaurant, but also it maybe come from home. The idea is creating an app if there any left over food to share with other people, you can share it with other member, homeless man or random person you met.
