A platform where you could rent something from local people, not businesses. Say, you want to drive an electric bicycle, but dont want to buy it. Its simpler and cheaper to rent it from a local person that lives in 3 mins from you.
There will be a rating, so you can see if a person you rent to/from is reliable.
