As on date a jobseeker is not getting feedback and interview status after the interview. As a result, he/ she is not aware the areas of improvement.Even if skill setwise they are good and didnt get job because of some other reasons, still they are not aware the reason for rejection. If the candidate gets feedback in three categories like selected, sourced, and rejected with reasons, it will help both job seekers as well as recruiters. Broadly, it will act as skill development tool for both and nation. This could be achieved with a cloud based web.
