Startup Idea : IdeasWatch brought to the next level

Hello all, IdeasWatch is a great place for sharing ideas, searching for co-founders and finding a solution. However, I would need a platform that enables sharing mindmaps, drawings, concepts, notes, templates of a project once the project (idea) is defined which can be shared to everyone to discuss. This would be next step between an idea and its implementation, so that entrepreneurs would be one step closer.
