Startup Idea : Hot or Not

The idea is simple. I want to create a global comment platform (website) where the users can put their comments and express how they feel about something going around themselves. The topic of discussion may be anything -political, social, entertainment etc. To make users visit our website we will go social, on each platform like twitter or face book. The idea would work because people want to express them self they want to be heard, and like what other people think about something.
