Given the huge volumes of professional webcasts on variety of topics, a directory listing and categorizing them would be a great resource along with presentation and vid aggregators such as SlideShare or YouTube. Mp3 download, tagging, lists, sponsored webcasts are first features coming to my mind. If there is something already, I'd love to hear about that. Thanks!
