A desktop distribution of Linux that has a deep lever into a custom web forum. Translations and GUIs are rendered in the web forum and people vote on things such as layouts. People decide how the desktop should work by talking of it in threads because threads decide how the desktop works. People can go against the grain and vote for their desktop to work in a way that is not the consensus.
