The idea is inspired by LinkedIn's Endorsement feature. Think of a platform where anybody can endorse: the people they know of or are connected to in real-life (personally/professionally), the products they have been using or used, the places they have visited or currently living there, the events they have participated/attended. Moreover, users can discover/search top N people/products/places/events by their popularity/skills/traits/location basis the publicly shared endorsements. The idea will indirectly solve the problem of getting ratings/reviews about people/products/places/events.
