Startup Idea : Employer feedback performance

I am a lecturer and i would for my students to give me an honest feedback about my lectures. I would also like to give feedback to my manager wthout offending him..I am thinking of a platform internally for a company where on a regular basis you can give feedback to your employer, give suggestion and raise any concern annonymously and it only goes to that person...also maybe a forum where people in a team can discuss online problems they r facing, etcso its like a website, you can choose the company you are working for, each employee will have a username and id n only those employee can access their company forum, send annonymous feedback to employers, etc
