Startup Idea : Clothes adviser based on weather

When I look at the current weather conditions I actually do that to know which clothes to take. But I am terrible at guessing it. I usually take the wrong one - it's sunny and warm, but there is wind and maybe rain comes soon so I am cold then or the temperature is not that hot but no wind and I am hot then. How about a weather app, that would suggest you the clothes - take jacket, shirt is enough etc. That's the information people are looking for.
