Startup Idea : bank of organs

i see the problem of money as something that need real funding, say something that is around half a million dollars per head. to fund this i propose we sell al our body for organs collection to different insurance companies , they will pay the average value minus its running costs by means of a bank account non inheritable, have it until 21 yo and at this age start spending or do whatever.......the collection company will collect all our organs once we die
