Quite some people take care of a family member who is an alcoholic and can't be left alone at home. When they want to take their free time, there isn't always someone from family to replace them. They could get a help from an online database connecting care-givers and hired 'sitters'. This is an addition to baby-sitters and pet-sitters. :)
